MTI profile and staff

1.MTI
Has changed the name around 2008, but the goal of MTI is the same that is extra activities for students who want to master English in Gadingmangu. MTI was established since 1996, before 2008 "MTI" stands for the word "Muballigh Tugasan International" it's taken from Indonesian, in 2008 MTI has changed from "Muballigh Tugasan International" to "Media of Teaching Islam" but no different in goal that's just a name. Year after year MTI comes bigger till now.

 2. MTI teaching staff
some of the teacher is from junior high school, and the others are from vocational school and senior high school.

3. MTI teaching assistant
They are from students who are able to speak English and has long been at MTI most of them have entered the class of Bali.
4. MTI class division
MTI is divided into several classes start from lowest class “Pre-Elementary” to the Bali. The following are the all class in MTI start from the lowest to the highest

recently MTI has create new class was called “Caberawit” to accommodate child student.

4. Daily Activities
• attend classes every day after maghrib except Thursday and Saturday.
• For students who will enter the Bali class they attend TOEFL test every day except Thursday and Saturday.
• Create and memorize sentences in English by using specific vocabulary that has been given by teaching assistant
• active in speaking English both in the room or outside the room of MTI
MTI has some additional programs that may not be mentioned here. Some additional programs aimed to improve their quality and skills in English. Among additional program the most famous is "MTI goes to Bali" This is an additional program that is very useful to measure the ability of students to speak English because they will meet real native speaker and practice their speaking. 5. Achievement of MTI

• First Winner Speech Contest throughout province of East Java in 2003, represented by Johannes Panji Christo.

• TOEIC best ratings throughout the district and Nganjuk Jombang in 2007, represented by Ferian Fauzi.

• TOEIC second rank in East Java in 2007, represented by Ferian Fauzi.

Actually there are many more achievements of BUDI UTOMO students but as the author I just write some appreciations of my friend that graduated in 2007. He was a student  from Jogja and graduate from BUDI UTOMO vocational school in 2008 and used to be close friend of mine.

Gadingmangu sport places

Gadingmangu has a unique that is a village with many facilities like a city, and other uniques for example, diverse population, densely populated and there are many places of education as it has been written in some previous posts. This time we will explore about some sport places located in the Gadingmangu village. Some of the sport places in Gadingmangu has long been built up and part of the sports venues are new. Gadingmangu provides several sports facilities located in the neighborhood Gadingmangu itself, the sports facilities which provide in Gadingmangu can be used without paying in other words, anyone in the village could use the facilities for free with  terms as specified.

Gadingmangu has almost all the sports facilities, such as: football field, basketball court, badminton, takraw field  (a kind of sports), gym, futsal court, a volleyball court. However, some sports facilities are not available gadingmangu, like a swimming pool. Probably this facility should have available in Gadingmangu but why this facility is not available yet, some of the reasons that might be true is because of the residents can still see these facilities from some village outside of the Gadingmangu village that very close distance and the cost is low too. Some of the facilities mentioned above are facilities that is needed by the Gadingmangu villagers so the above facilities should be available and some facilities that are not available might be considered not very important or that facility can still be found in several places nearby.

Here are some sports venues that are often used and may not be strange for the alumni of Gadingmangu

Basketball court in Gadingmangu

Those basketball court is not too fancy but comfortable. It has always been a sport that entertains Gadingmangu students who love basketball. As seemingly, they always come to this field when there is spare time or outside of study time. This this Field can be used by Gadingmangu boarding school students  or local residents. The basketball fans usually use this court in the afternoon. used to This field also often used for basketball match between classes, between complex even once used for a friendly match with students from other cities. And several other sports that is no stranger to former students Budi utomo Gadingmangu, such as badminton, takraw, volleyball which we will not mention the details of it or images, because this sport requires a lot of places. and so far the place is always moving in other words they always played the sport in the yard they want, by borrowing equipment and they use in the place they want.

Here we will give you some pictures of new sports venues in Gadingmangu. Gadingmangu village has built a new Gym sports facilities in 2009

.  The gym is made for realizing some of the wishes of the Gadingmangu residents. Actually the gym is planned for a long time and with a simple design, but this new gym was built in 2009 and they built a rather modern design or better than planned.  After the realized that gym many the Gadingmangu  residents follow this sport gym even though the equipment is not  complete yet, as is expected, but the spirit of the people Gadingmangu in the exercise greater. Schedule of use the gym in the morning from 7:00 to 11:00 pm and in the afternoon starting at 16:00 to 17:30. usually fans of this sport is the citizen of Gadingmangu but some Gadingmangu students also often come to this gym.

This is a newest sport was founded in Gadingmangu. This futsal field was established in mid 2012 and is currently a sports place the most often visited by citizens and students of Gadingmangu. So far It has no nicknames. this field is located at melaten city that is one of complexes in Gadingmangu.  usually timetable the use of the field, starting in the morning until near noon, then started again about 16:00 until near sunset. This field was provided for free without charge so that in use, they recommend to alternate with other player and must have some friends to use futsal field. Usually each team of 5 people and for who wanting to play futsal have to had 5 friends and the foes.

Several other sports venues that are not encountered in Gadingmangu as the pool can be found in the other village. Usually the residents or students visited the swimming pool in the village next door "Ngemplak" (a name of a village) together because not authorized. specifically for Gadingmangu students out the village without a permit so that the students usually visit the pool at Ngemplak together with friends and managers. That is situation in Gadingmangu village which is full of activities, learning, working and exercise. They are a solid community in the village as a city full of creative and educational activities.

Gadingmangu people

gadingmangu is a village located in the district jombang  the population of this village is 8000 , this does not include students entrants. Gadingmangu has a variety population, the population consists of various tribes from different islands in Indonesia. This case difficult to believe for people who have never been in the village, but for those who has ever visited this village they were surprised and always wanted to visit this village for next time. As with the author I do not know why, but the fact is true.

Gadingmangu Villagers come from different islands, starting from island of Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, even from Jayapura or Irian jaya in other words "from Sabang to Merauke". Almost all the tribes of Indonesia can be met in Gadingmangu, furthermore if plus with the students who come to the village to learn then you will meet people from all over Indonesia. If you want to know why the villagers Gadingmangu very diverse, almost all tribes in this village, this situation may be because of the average visitor who has visited this village they felt that the village is suitable for their residence so year by year Gadingmangu grow in population. Gadingmangu village is not a city like Jakarta, but the fact remains that many people want to stay in this village perhaps because they found a better atmosphere than at their previous residence, better atmosphere which is near the place of learning, setrategis environment to live, and a pluralistic society, but friendly. Even some of parents of students because so often visit their children and then see  the atmosphere in the village they are interested in live in this village. Variety of have been there evidence, that some owners of the land in gadingmangu put a price which is not rational or very expensive land prices when compared to other villages. actually some fields was not selling by the owner  they only used fields for growing rice, but so many people they insist on buying eventually they sold but the price was very expensive.

Gadingmangu residents  come from different regions even a variety of different islands but Gadingmangu people can be friendly and know each other although this does not happen instantly, but because the people understand that they come from different regions and even the island, so the difference is not a barrier for them to realize the harmony between them. Their familiarity can be seen in a variety of activities that often they do it together. Along with more and more people in Gadingmangu village until the economic locals also getting better. Because the people are so numerous and varied that they need more and more so it can be a source of income for people gadingmangu.

the residents in this village is very dense much different when compared with neighboring villages. Gadingmangu village is divided into several parts or are they more frequently said "kelompok"(complex), first this village divided into 5 parts or more known 5 complex, they are
Gadingselatan, Gading masjid or Gamas,melaten tengah,mlaten sawah.

1. Gadingselatan complex or now better known by the name "Gasel". This complex is a complex that can be said the most vibrant communities because of located close to the gama 2 boarding school and close to the grandest mosques in the district jombang, this complex also has a name "Regas" abbreviation of the word REmaja GAding Selatan they mean teenager of South GADING, but this term only be used when there is a football competition among the complex in Gadingmangu village only.

2. Gading masjid complex or better known by Gamas. this complex also a very crowded the second one after Gasel
because this complex contained gama 1 boarding school that not only accommodate male students as gama2 but also female student.

3. melaten kota or the city of mlaten. the name of the complex is based of the location, because this complex is not located near by field like other mlaten. This complex is next door to the gasel so although the situation is not as busy as the neighbor, but this complex is located in a strategic place and more known in the football team as the "satara" a play on the word "putra nusantara" these word may mean son of archipelago ,that's a name of the football team for whole gadingmangu village people.

4. melaten tengah or the middle of mlaten. This is a small complex near by melaten kota and used to join with the city mlaten and used to people just called "mlaten" before were separated. This complex is more famous for having the game of football like Barcelona and often called "swallow bird", I do not know why they call their football team as swallow bird

5. Melaten sawah.  used to this complex was also a fraction of the melaten. and because of the location closest to the field when compared to another mlaten complex, so this complex is called the melaten sawah or melaten near by fields. Recent years melaten sawah is the most compex made ​​a lot of talent and a reliable football player shown this complex in a few years ago won the adult level soccer in Gadingmangu.
